"We started going to Grins based on a referral from another happy parent with similar aged kids.  My 4 and 2 year olds both go to Grins and love Dr. Suzy.  Dr. Suzy has helped my 4 year-old stop sucking her thumb and also helped us through two different tooth injuries.  The practice is extremely kid friendly, bright, happy, clean and considerate.  Every member of the team is a pleasure to work with.  Dr. Suzy is an amazing dentist with kids and great explaining everything clearly to parents too.  Even for an emergency appointment due to trauma to her teeth, my daughter was excited to go see Dr. Suzy!" -Julia C.

 

"Dr. Suzy is perfect for this profession.  The office is very inviting for little kids.  This was out first time going to the dentist and my son loved playing with all of the toys in the lobby while we waited to go in.  Before we went into the the room to do the cleaning, Dr. Suzy met us in the lobby so that she could take a brief history from me about my son and explain the process to me while my little guy enjoyed playing with the toys.  We then went to the cleaning chair and my son, who is 2, sat on my lap and she showed him all of her cool tools.  We then started the cleaning and she had him stay on my lap but bend backward so that his head rested in her lap and she could see into his mouth.  The cleaning went very well and when it was over my little guy even asked for more.  Afterwards he got to pick a toy, got a new toothbrush and toothpaste and was given a huge balloon.  They really were wonderful down to the last small detail.  My son even enjoys brushing his teeth more now because I tell him every night how proud Dr. Suzy is of him for having such great teeth and of course he asks to go back there every other night!  Thank you everyone at Grins Pediatric Dentistry for such a wonderful experience!" -Melanie B.

We didn't know what this emergency would bring, but we were referred to Dr. Suzy by a friend and we will be forever grateful. She handled the situation with a level of kindness, gentleness, and expertise I have never before experienced from a medical professional. We have relied on Dr. Suzy over the last two years for further procedures as well as cleanings, and every time we've needed her, she's been there, even giving us her personal contact information when we needed to reach her over a weekend. Her office staff is also excellent. The child-focused environment, which is another result of the kindness and joy that Dr. Suzy fosters there, continues to impress.
